This Ramadan, indulge yourself with our tempting choices of some of the finest delicacies of Lebanese cuisine. Succulent and tasty cuts of lamb, chicken, fish, chickpeas, lentils and olive oil.
Our starters are hommus, moutable (a dip made from aubergine, tahini and lemon) or sambousek (triangular pastries filled with meat or cheese), Lentil and vegetable soup, and these are always served with olives and fresh Arabic bread.
Main courses are shawarma (lamb or chicken sliced from a spit) or shish kebab (meat marinated in spices and grilled on a skewer). Kabsa, a typical Qatari dish featuring grilled meat or fish with a mound of spiced rice. Fresh caught fish such as red snapper and hammour.
Desserts are usually served and these includes the famous local confection, Umm Ali, a combination of milk and pastry with nuts, sultanas and coconut.
